About me

I’m an organisational psychologist, team development expert, psychometric assessment specialist, and executive coach with over 12 years experience helping leaders and their teams perform at their best. Accredited by the ICF (PCC), EMCC, and BPS, I bring evidence-based practices from behavioural science to design solutions that stick. My mission? To help teams achieve clarity, trust, and accountability so they can deliver results together that no one could achieve alone.

Assessment is at the heart of my work. Using robust, research-backed frameworks, I pinpoint where a team stands, where it needs to go, and how to bridge the gap. I turn data into stories and insights into action — shifting how teams think, relate, and perform in the real world. My style is warm, structured, and practical, with a dash of humour to keep even the toughest conversations human. I believe strong teams build strong businesses — and strong leaders never lead alone.

Living across Poland, New York, London, and Greece has shaped my perspective. Every culture showed me a new way of leading and connecting. The details may differ, but one truth is universal: high-performing teams don’t just happen — they’re built, nurtured, and launched with care.
